1. ELIGIBILITY: The Cisco Live Virtual Got Feedback? Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and is open only to registered users [including guest accounts] of Cisco Live Virtual. All others are ineligible to enter and will be disqualified. Employees of Cisco Systems, Inc. its related companies and promotion partners as well as immediate family or household members are not eligible. All entrants are responsible for compliance with any federal, state and local law, regulation, or any other limitations, if any, regarding participation in the Sweepstakes. Entrant has the sole responsibility to review and understand their employer's policies regarding eligibility to participate in trade promotions.

 

2. TO ENTER: Participants must login to Cisco Live Virtual [guest accounts are eligible] and complete and submit the online feedback form. The link to the feedback form is found in the bottom footer, last link to the right. Limit one entry per person. During the Promotion Period, Sweepstakes entries will be collected between October 1, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and October 31, 2008 at 11:00 p.m. PT, and between November 1, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. PT and November 30, 2008 at 11:00 p.m. PT and between December 1, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. PT and December 31, 2008 at 11:00 p.m. PT .Participants assume all risk of damaged, lost, late, or illegible entries. Facsimile and mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

 

3. DRAWINGS: Random drawings from all eligible entries received will be held on November 1, 2008 at 10:00am Pacific Time (“PT”), and December 1, 2008 at 10:00am PT and January 2, 2009 at 10:00am Pacific Time PT. Random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters regarding this Sweepstakes. Winners do not need to be present to win. Participants agree to be bound by these Complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

 

4. PRIZES/ODDS: Fifteen (15) Eco-friendly Solar Charger ARV: $22.65. Five [5] prizes awarded during each drawing period. Total ARV of all prizes $339.75. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.. Non-winning entries will be carried over to subsequent drawings during the Promotion Period. Prizes are not transferable. No cash or prize substitutions, except the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value. The winner is solely responsible for any local, state or federal taxes, and any other taxes, fees and costs connected with the prize.

 

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use the entrant’s name, likeness, biographical information, and photo for promotional and publicity purposes without notice and at no additional compensation unless prohibited by United States law. Submission of entry grants Sponsor and its agents the right in perpetuity to reproduce, publish, use, edit, adapt and/or modify such Survey information, in any way, in any and all media, without limitation and without compensation to participant. Sponsor is not responsible for human error, theft, destruction, or damage to entries, or other factors beyond its reasonable control. By participating or accepting a prize, entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability for any injuries including but not limited to personal injury, bodily injury (including without limitation wrongful death and disability), property damage, or loss or damage of any other kind, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or participation in this sweepstakes or any sweepstakes related activity.
